• Lead Generation: When using our contact APIs, we collect your name, corporate email, company entity, and the operational bottlenecks you describe.
• Interactive Labs: Our demonstration environments (MARZPOS, Analytics, Workflow) run purely on client-side synthetic data. We do not capture, log, or persist any data you input into these sandboxes to our backend servers.
• Telemetry: We use aggregated, anonymized telemetry (such as error reporting via Sentry) to monitor our edge network performance and ensure zero-downtime availability.

2. Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) Compliance

For our partners and clients operating within East Africa, MARZTECH strictly adheres to the provisions of the Kenya Data Protection Act (KDPA). We act as a Data Processor when engineering systems on your behalf, ensuring all custom architectures are built with privacy-by-design principles (e.g., role-based access control, encryption at rest).

3. Data Security & Storage

We do not sell, rent, or lease your business intelligence to third parties. All inbound technical specifications and trade secrets shared during discovery calls are protected under mutual non-disclosure (MNDA) frameworks before code is ever written.
