By accessing MARZTECH's digital properties, requesting a custom build, or interacting with our demonstration labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Engineering Services & Custom Builds
When you engage MARZTECH for a custom software architecture project, a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) will be drafted. Those documents explicitly define the intellectual property handover, SLA commitments, and payment milestones, superseding these general website terms.
2. Interactive Sandboxes (Labs)
The interactive demonstrations on our site (including MARZPOS and Executive Dashboards) are provided "as-is" for evaluative purposes only. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, DDoS, or exploit the client-side logic of these sandboxes. The data generated in these labs is synthetic and volatile; it will not be saved or recovered.
3. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, logos, and branding of the MARZTECH marketing platform are the exclusive intellectual property of MARZTECH. Visitors may not scrape, clone, or duplicate the application interface or styling tokens without explicit written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
MARZTECH provides this marketing and evaluation platform to demonstrate engineering capability. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the public website or the synthetic labs.
